1. To respond to inquiries, RFQ, and consultations, and to send related materials.
2. To deliver ordered products.

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure its safe management.

4. Entrustment of Personal Information

When entrusting all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, we will conduct a strict investigation of the said third party and provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safe management of the entrusted personal information.

5.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information to any third party without obtaining the individual’s prior consent, except as required by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.  

However, we may disclose personal information to companies to which we outsource operations for the purpose of providing our services, after concluding a confidentiality agreement with them.  Furthermore, when we receive a lawful request for disclosure from a public authority such as a court or the police, we will disclose the information accordingly.

6. Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

We will promptly disclose personal information upon request from the individual concerned.  

In such cases, if the identity of the individual cannot be verified, we will not comply with the request of disclosure.  

If there is any inaccuracy in the personal information and the individual requests correction, addition, or deletion,  we will investigate and respond to such requests promptly.

This policy may be subject to change. Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
