Electronics and Materials Corporation (hereafter as "E&M") will access to customer's individual information when providing various services.

E&M will comply to the law refer to individual information and conduct appropriate handling in order to provide our customer with more trust and security.

1.Acquisition of individual information

We acquire individual information by appropriate means without any fake or improper means.

2.Use of individual information

We use individual information for below purposes within a necessary range:

1. To reply and send documents against customer RFQ inquiry and discussion.
2. Delivery of ordered goods
3. Information provision of various products and service.

3. Safety management of individual information

We take necessary and proper measures to prevent the leak,loss or damage of individual information and to control individual information safely.

4. Consignment of individual information

In the event of consignment of partial or whole individual information to a third party, we will apply strict investgation to the third party and take necessary and proper supervision against the third party to acheive safety control on consigned individual information.

5.Provision of individual information to a third party

Except as specified in individual information protection law, we will not provide individual information to a third party unless prior consent by the provider.

However individual information can be disclosed provided that we conclude a non-disclosure agreement with a company to which we assign our business for the purpose of service substracting. Furthermore, when we receive a formal inquiry from public authorities, such as court or police, individulal information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.

6. Disclosure and correction of individual information

We will respond appropriately to request from our user himself to disclose his own individual information.

In such a case, if the identification cannot be confirmed then individual information will not be disclosed.

In the case that any mistake is found and the person himself requests to correct, add or delete, we will respond immediately to such requests after investigation.
